In a couple of weeks I should have more time in my hands, and then it's time for some adventuring after a loo~ng pause. But not quite yet.
I haven't forgotten my beloved Windurst altogether, though. I had Nakago set up pair of coloured chocobos for me, because (for unexplicable reasons) I've wanted to raise a green one. It was love on first sight, and the odds of getting a green choco from this match was said to be high. The pair spent a sport honeymoon and producd an egg in no time.
After leaving the egg in Pulonono's care, I kept checking it with regular irregularity to see if it started to turn green. The little chick was as adorable as they can be, and I couldn't resist the urge to name the chocobo right away, before I saw the final colour. Steering clear of such obvious hints as "emerald" and "forest", I named the boy chick StardustDiamond, hoping it would turn green without my guidance. Now that the choco has reached its teens, the wingtips have turned a bit too pale for my taste...
I can't complain, though. (Well, not much, anyway.) StardustDiamond is an adorable chocobo, patient about infrequent visits and missed days. It's always in "exellent condition" and frequently either very vigorous, bright or both. Always happy to see it's surrogate mothers, StardustDiamond follows eagerly both Pulonono and Pasifika for walks.
