Pasifika seems to be an exemplary mercenary, considering how soundly she napped through a very important meeting of some of the most powerful beings in these parts of the world!

Someone else took some naps as well... but he soon got back up. Rarely has Pasifika fought against anyone who actually has the common sense to have reraise on... look, he's getting up again!

But perhaps all those weird events were a dream... the mission, fighting, meeting some very important people (and they though Pasifika's regular adventuring attire was good and proper enough for such a meeting - well, without her weapons)...

...getting back the crown Pasifika was awarded earlier...

But apparently it was a nightmare, after all, because there was Naja's signature engraved inside Pasifika's shiny crown. D:

Experiences

While Pasifika's white mage doesn't need experience points anymore, there's always use for merit points... I guess. And - more importantly - Romidiant can use the exp, and he likes to get out of the city once in a while anyway. So, an alliance of four adventurers and four adventuring fellows set out to kill about - or a bit over - 100 monsters. It was easy!

 

 Also easy was roaming around Ronfaure as level 1-7 ranger, with the cutest little tarutaru red mage. There are probably smarter ways to gain experience, but running around and killing everything that moves is a very fun way to do it - removes stress nicely~

And also adds levels!
Just wait for me, my "forest friends", this melee-range ranger is coming, slowly but surely...

The Kinq of Tonberries

Deep within the tempe of Uggla... Uggel... Ugly is a massive throne, just waiting for someone to sit on it:

 Officially, it's the seat of a very special Tonberry, zee Tonberry Kinq. 

(Yes, Kinq.)

But sometimes there's some competition for the throne.....

 Let's fill this place with Tarutarus and call it the Temple of Cute!

There once was a Taru from Sandy

There once was a Taru from Sandy
as cute as the tiniest Mandy.
He was squishy, and so,
when he picked a tough foe
the walking tombstone came in handy.

Jeuno, oh Jeuno...

For a while there (long, long time ago...) it seemed like Whitegate would become the new adventurer capital, leaving Jeuno empty, but now Jeuno is as bustling as ever, if not more. It takes a good while to see all the people at the auction house... And all manner of weird and bizarre things can be seen in Jeuno. Fake moogles, chocobo eggs and younglings on the streets, weird attires, lots of naked people, people in need of teles again and again....

Here are some of the more unusual things I've seen in Jeuno recently...

A goblin on a chocobo? Nothing weird here, move along...

A wall of mages in vermillion cloaks? That's a new one, actually...

Dynamis-Jeuno... need I say more? 

Archangels... they need to do some shopping too, I guess, and Jeuno is the place to do it. 

No need to stand in lines, either, just a swing or two of those black weapons shoud clear the way nicely...

 Excuse me, mister, since you have two of these fancy swords, you don't mind if I take just one, do you...?

!! He turned into a tarutaru...!! With tiny tarutaru weapons...

So many adventures, so little time to write...

I have dutifully documented all the fun and exciting and silly and deadly adventures, but there hasn't been much time to write about them. Pictures tell more than words anyway, so I guess I'll just post a bunch pictures with some words in between...

There has been a lot of exping going on: duos, parties, alliances... The Boyahda Tree has been the favourite spot, despite the ugly spiders and squeaky mushrooms.

Always with friends, and more often than not with Romidiant.

 And then there was the matter of a duel... with a tarutaru... Pasifika brought along some reinforcements, just in case.

However, she asked that they would all just go in first, and see what this was all about, and so they did... 

It seemed quite dubious that Pasifika would need to attack a tarutaru... but she did, and found out why this taru needed to be reined in, fast.

The team scared the poor taru out of his wits with rarab tails and won easily, and in the end Pasifika and Atori-Tutori parted as friends... more or less.

And then it was time for more exping.

And trials.

That's a big chest... the regular ones could have a trapped taru inside (must always open them...), but this could hold a galka - or several tarus! D:

Pasifika got a new wepon skill! (With lots and lots and lots of merit points...) If only the cute taru in opaline dress was a standard part of the weapon skill's effect... *_*

I'm back!

 Pasifika came back (it's Lina's fault, really...), and things... well, they had changed. Quite a lot. But some things were at least vaguely familiar still.

Apparently, Moogles have been having difficult times, since their recruitment criteria seem to be really lax these days.... 

Sure, some of these newcomers are doing their very best, with cute accessories and all... 

...but all in all, the quality is quite varied from cute to ok to downright creepy, and...

...I think some are not really trying at all.

 

No, Mr Moogle, I don't want anything from you, and I certainly won't let you look after my plants. D:

Just when I talked Lina and Dhm into coming with me to this "Dynamis" everyone* keeps talking about. ;_;

Mog Tablet!

Now Pasifika has seen with her own eyes one of the elusive, mystifying Mog Tablets! She didn't find it quite by herself - actually, Lina found it for her - but Pasifika got it, and the kuporing!



It was the Tablet of Charity, so Pasifika also got the Opaline Dress... What should be done with it..? o_O

One day, one fine, wonderful day, Pasifika will get the Tablet of Temperance (yeah, right), but for now she gets the glory for finding the Tablet of Charity in Quifim. Go ask the Moogle! He'll tell you all about it...

That was all the excitement Pasifika got tonight, unless you count the fierce staring competition with an Elvaan (mostly afk) white mage. It went on and o~n... He started it!

Dienamis

Pasifika had never been to the shrouded and mysterious land of Dynamis before, but in the days of old she used to hear all kinds of rumours about it... mostly concerning death, deathga and even more death.

Now it was finally the time for her to see what it was all about, and it started off promisingly enough.



Pasifika dropped dead twice before even entering the creepy place.

After that... it wasn't at all as scary as it... well, should've been. Not as exciting or deadly. Just another place where an invincible Tarutaru could do whatever he liked - although he died once while fighting the boss. But the rest of the party just carried on - and survived, and won. How very not-dangerous.



The freezing monsters were kind of nice, with their funny poses.



Pasifika's patience was finally rewarded in the end, when she was the last to exit. She was left alone for about 12 seconds or so, and promptly died, and exited very dead.

Flying Tarutaru

Three adventurers, three adventuring fellows, some bats and beetles... Pasifika had a nice little adventure.



To make it all more interesting, there was also a very ugly NM...
