Unsung Heroines

Oh my... Are you all right?
It was Nakago who suggested a visit to the Heroine's Hodfast, where such famous ladies as Lilisette and Mumor await adventurers. After a couple of tries (to get the feeling of the place and the puzzles leading to each of the heroines) a party of brave adventurers visited - and defeated - all of these fearsome ladies.

Getting tho the heroine's chamber was a bit challenging in itself, and each heroine put on a good fight, backed up by an advisor - who, unfortunately, coundn't be silenced. At least the instructions also gave some advance warning of what was coming...

First up was Lion, with Gilgamesh providing tactical advice.

She was supposed to be the easiest, and she knew it, so she put up a fierce fight.

"Hey, Pasifika! Did ya miss me? To celebrate our reunion, here's a big fat knuckle sandwich!" -Prishe
"Ya ready for this? Limit... Breeeeeeak!" -Prishe
Oh, come on, Prishe! Don't be like that, just let me rise you like I did before at the Promathia fight..!

Nashmeira wasn't alone, she had both Ovjang and Mnajing with her, and Luzaf - of all people - giving her advice.
Not fair!
In the end, she was also defeated, of course.

"Pasifika! Who'd have though that we'd meet again as rivals? Don't let our friendship hold you back!" -Lilisette
...but rivals over what? Is it about who gets to keep the pretty kitty?
Lilisette was alone at first - with only Cait Sith to cheer her on - but she somehow duplicated herself. Even Cait Sith was quite astonished about that.

No, wait! Let me grab the kitt-
The final heroine was Mumor, the Fantastic Fraulein Superhero, with Uka Totlihn providing emotional support. Dhm was quite starstruck...

...but there was no time for autographs. Mumor had a bit of a... meltdown of sorts. o_O

"If I cannot safe this world... I shall destroy it! Ahahahahahaha! Burn! Burn! Burn!" -Mumor
Uka ended up giving the adventurers advice, as Mumor decended into madness...

"All life shall die and be born anew! Final!!! Eternal!!! Heart!!!" -Mumor
"I am eternal... immortal... I shall rise again..." -Mumor

Mumor was finally beaten, and so all life in the world need not die this time.
This'll make her summer shows seem pretty different from now on, though...

Fashion Advice

Lina has given Pasifika some good fashion advice before:
A shirt that looks very nice AND boosts Hexa Strike? It's a winner!

This time Lina, Dhm and Nakago encouraged Pasifika to aquire an amazing (and very, very expensive) club as well as a nice melee attire - which didn't even cost any gil, just some of these new "sparks"... kids these days. It's a good thing the clothes didn't cost gil, though, since Pasifika pretty much had to sell the shirt off her back to pay for the club. All those savings...

The clothes turned out to be quite fashionable, as several people seemed to be wearing exactly the same thing. Or perhaps the attire has a very generic appearance... As Romidiat always says:
"Can you tell what kind of equipment I'm wearing? You're probably thinking that you've seen this gear before, but it could be something entirely different despite the similarities in appearance." Words of wisdom.

While the clothes are quite common, the club isn't - although there are some with similar weapons (or perhaps the very same).

Oh yeah?! Well MY spiky friend says I don't have to give you anything!

Double Trouble

After a lo~~ng absence, Pasifika returned to adventuring, and everything had changed. The first strange thing she studied was this new "Trust magic". The Tarutaru explained it, kind of, and then sent Pasifika on a quest to gather "ciphers" from people participating in the program. It sounded a bit odd, but don't most quest...

Whatever it is, if it can duplicate Tarutarus, it can't be that bad, right?

I suppose there might be some complications when cloning royalty or other prominent figures...
Which one of you is first in line for succession, then?

Or infamous thieves....
You just want an alibi, is that it?

And....
Shantotto.
Enough said.

All others joined Pasifika because they share a history with her, and she was able to think very warm and trusting thoughts about them, but Shantotto... she has her own ways. Ways which are very very dangerous (to others, not to herself, of course). I suppose she had to come up with something of her own, since "warmth" in connection with Shantotto means something like Flare to most people.

Even with Shantotto added to the mix, summoning these new fellows on the field was very interesting and a lot of fun. Romidiant didn't seem to mind, even though the newcomers were in Pasifika's party, while Romidiant has never been able to join the party at all.

"Only by direct order of the royaulais will I wield my blade on the battlefield.
Such is the duty of the Royal Guard." -Valaineral R Davilles
"The tide of battle turns!" - Romidiant

Me and THIS army!
