All work and no play...

No, wait... by definition it must be the other way around... ;)

Anyway, it sometimes does get a bit tedios, doing the same chores againand again, like teleporting people around (Pasifika has worked hard on that one ^^;), selling things at AH...
And people rarely stand in lines this orderly... In Upper Jeuno it seemd like they were in line in order of height... luckily Pasifika is a small hume. x)

Sometimes even things like waiting for Besieged to start can be tiring - just look at these drowsy faces - but luckily the battle itself is allways full of {excitement}. It's an interesting way to gather otherwise hard-to-get experience.

Speaking of which, Pasifika worked quite hard to improve her skils as a black mage, but it seemed diffucult...

She first headed out to Tahrongi and Buburimu to fight with Romidiant.

"No, Romi, when I said I wanted to 'fight with you' I wasn't thinking of... oh, just put that sword down now, ok!? o_o;"

No, really Romidiant is so~ sweet and he came to Pasifika's side even after she got them both wiped in Buburimu. Luckily a kind soul was nearby and rushed to raise poor Pasifika. ^^;

The battles were still slow and fruitless, but after Ametrine offered to help, things worked out much better. Pasifika took the ferry to Valkurm and even though about third of the party didn't understand another third, and the leader kept getting additional aggros while pulling, there was nothing a good PL couldn't save... :D Pasifika even survived the Screwdriver - barely - after getting aggro with her astonishingly powerful spells...

After all that hard work, Pasifika did some more... She's not quite quick enough to catch all those best paying teleportees, but you can't blame her for not trying... ^^; With one customer having less money than she had offered, and another one noticing he'd asked for the wrong teleport after all, it's not even that boring always. ;)

Northern adventures

Once more Pasifika had to wander through the gloomy halls of Fei'Yinin in search of a treasure chest, but luckily she had good company. ^^

It was all worth it in the end. After finally finding a treasure chest, Pasifika returned to San d'Oria and found out what had really happened to the original scroll - and most importantly, she got her teleport scroll! :D Now that she has them all, she can travel around the world~! She did start traveling right away, because Nakago needed to go to the Altepa telepoint, visit Rabao and take supplies to the outpost of Xarcabard; Phucrabiont guided him and Pasifika provided the transportation.

Despite some, um, interesting discussion in the LS, also Nakago got the golden pearl. Well, of course he got it, because it was Phu who asked for it, and Pasifika kept quiet and did't say anything like 'you can't give him a pearl to an LS like *this*'... x)

Now Pasifika can freely visit places like the hot desert in Altepa, humid jungle in Yhoator or cold fields of snow in the north... and she can see the beautiful landscapes any time she wants... *_* (If there are no monsters near the telepoint - but there never are in the north. :D)

It's a girl! :D

First thing first: Pasifika's new cohocobo has hatched and it's a cu~te little girl! :D After much delibertion, the chick was named SnowyForest. (Imagining the chocobo all grown up and bored, looking down at you like it wanted to peck your eyes out might have influenced the final decicion not to call this adorable sweetie RoyalPrincess after all. ^^; Besides, she'd obviously need to be San d'Orian chocobo for that...) Hopefully the name will give this undoubtedly smart chick a hint of the desired color. x)

Pasifika's adventures in the north may have partly been the inspiration to the name, because the white landscapes there are really beautiful. Sometimes snowstorms sweep through the canyons and over the fields, then the wind drops and snowflakes drift quietly down... *_* Well, Pasifika didn't go there just for sightseeing, although she did a lot of that as well. ^^;

Pasifika was looking for the original tome of Teleport-Vahzl, which apparently has been carelessly placed in one of the chests in Fei'Yin. With Phucrabiont helping and guiding her, she explored the corridors and halls in hopes of finding a chest, but only had one snatched away from under her nose...

The search was exciting in itself, though, and Pasifika also called her loyal adventuring fellow Romidiant to join her. Everything was going very smoothly until the moody NM Miser Murphy showed up and defeated Pasifika's valiant protector Phu in moments. Pasifika didn't even have the honor of being defeated by the NM, but instead fell under the attack of some undead bats as she was looking for a safe place to cast her spells. -_-;

Well, that had been enough treasure chest hunting for one day, so Pasifika and Phucrabiont returned to Whitegate and spent some time relaxing in Kokbah Hostel before heading out to Altepa Desert, where a priceless teleport spell had also gone missing.

With great help and a fair dose of good luck Pasifika quicly found the missing tablet fragment and returned to Rabao, then hastened to San d'Oria to deliver the letters given to her. She was in a hurry, because the Mamool Savages were just about to attack Al Zahbi - once again - and Pasifika was naturally eager to lend a helping hand to the defenders. Well, there's always time to spend a moment in good company, so Pasifika paused for a short while to sit with this cutesy-wutesy rarab before warping away. ^^

In Al Zahbi Pasifika ran into some friends, although this time she remained in a party of two - with none other that Phucrabiont, of course.
Often Pasifika stays with General Mihli during Besieged, because she is a white mage like Pasifika, and also because her corner of the town is rarely as crowded as many other areas. This time, however, Pasifika keept close eye on General Rughadjeen. He was a bit difficult to see at times, but his voice boomed over the battlefield.

Battle, as exciting as it may be, has never been Pasifika's greatest passion. She finds gardening very enjoyable, and here is a picture of her very first plant, in her first flower pot, which also was her very first piece of furniture... ^^; Of course she did harvest her first crop to see what she had grown, but now has a plant just like this one dried in full bloom in her Mog House, because it's so pretty...

Pasifika has experimented with various seeds and pots and now she has managed to grow little trees! :D Hmm... drying one of these in full bloom is tempting, but curiosity will probably make Pasifika harvest them both. Besides, a dried plant prevents growing a live plant... ^^;

Into the Emptyness

All of a sudden everyone in the LS seemed to be doing Promyvions, because something called 'Minotaur run' was being planned and the Promys had to be done for that. But all that had nothing to do with Pasifika, right?
Well, that was the case until Phucrabiont asked Pasifika if she'd be interested in doing Promyvion-Holla. Um... well... sure, it would be interesting - Pasifika has never believed what they say about curiosity killing the cat. ^^; This time curiosity did lead to unexpected results, though... o_O

Practically all day before the Promy Pasifika tried to get ready (although she was constantly distracted by the Easter event ^^;) because there had been some quite unsettling rumours about Promyvion-Holla... that it was the most difficult of the three, that people often failed it, that some had tried to get through for years with no success...

Finally Pasifika was ready and it was time for the Promyvion. Everyone gathered together and luckily Pasifika found herself in good company: it turned out 4 of the six had already done it. ^^;

Pasifika teleported the party to La Theine Plateau. Inside, General Phucrabiont lead everyone through the bizarre levels and although poor Pasifika was somewhat upset about people getting killed on the way, everybody else said that was normal. o_o; All things considered, the climb actually went quite smoothly.

At the top awaited the boss, but Phucrabiont explained the strategy carefully before the fight and the party was victorious. :D While Pasifika went on to enjoy the cutscene, three members of the party picked a fight with the Empty NM and beat it with ease... O_o Obviously, it was an incredibly tough party. ^_^

Promyvion-Holla would have been enough excitement for the whole week for Pasifika, but the other two Promyvions were immediately scheduled for the following nights. @_@ So, the following night Pasifika entered Promyvion-Mea, but after two unsuccessful attempts the party had to give up and call it a day. To compensate for that, they breezed through both Mea and Dem the next night. ^^;

The Promyvions had been enchanting but rather gloomy places, and Pasifika was happy to reach the beautiful Lufaise Meadows in Tavnasia after the last ordeal. For some reason the weather there seemed to be overcast or even stormy much of the time, though.

The Tavnazian Stronghold seemed like a maze at first, but after some exploration it turned out to be quite small. Despite that, there's no shortage of people with tragic pasts, but that's only to be expected from a place that was pretty much destroyed in the war. Finding a new place to explore was all Pasifika wanted, but the others... they were itching to kill a Minotaur. ^^;

So, Pasifika ended up making preparations for one more fight the best she could... When the others started to gather for the run she tagged along and after a long wait, a brief but intense fight and some wandering around she was ready for some more cutscenes.

Although the Minotaur fight was definitely the most unpleasant one of the four runs, Pasifika may be doing it again some time soon, because Donthitme was unable to take part in it - leave no Tarutaru behind! Well, there's some anima left, too, and it would be a shame to throw it away, so Pasifika may have to do a Promyvion, too... ^^; Hopefully there's some time for peaceful rest before any re-runs... ;^.^;

Scrambled eggs

Taas uusi event täynnään jännittävää tekemistä! :D Hmm... oikeastaan pääasiassa vain munien keräilyä, mutta onhan sekin jännää, ja siihen liittyvät lieveilmiöt vasta mielenkiintoisia ovatkin. XD

Tämä egg-stravaganza oli hyvin suosittu, paikalla olivat kaikki ja heidän mulensa. Initial egg -basaarien sekä varsinaisten osanottajien yhteisvaikutuksesta tunnelma oli lähes yhtä tiivis kuin Besiegedissä. Palkintona olikin Egg helmet, joka näyttää niin.. mielenkiintoiselta kaikkien päällä... ^^; Luultavasti väkeä houkuttelivat enemmän himoitut throwing eggit Fortune egg ja Happy egg - mutta ei Pasifikaa... hän halusi koristemunia Mog Houseensa. Kaikki kerätään, tietenkin! :O

Palkintoja jakava Moogle oli jatkuvan piirityksen alaisena kun taas muita tärkeitä event-tehtäviä hoitavat vihje-Mooglet olivat omissa oloissaan... mutta Pasifika piti niille seraa! :D Ei ehkä olisi kannattanut, sillä ainakin toinen näistä taisi ihastua Pasifikaan vähän liiankin paljon... o_o Kun Pasifika tuli ulos Mog Housestaan Jeunossa, oli siellä Moogle häntä odottamassa - siis *ulos* Mog Housesta... o_O Moogle kuitenkin katosi heti muille näyttäytymättä. O_o; Kyllä se oli siellä, uskokaa vain...

Allaolevasta kuvasta voi kukin itse katsoa... siellä se on - vai onko? O_O;
Mutta ei eventin aikana ihan pelkästään ole munia keräilty, Aht Urghaniakin piti välissä käydä puolustamassa. Eivät ne siellä kyllä hyvin hoida asioitaan... Event - ja mitä luultavimmin siihen liittyvä kypärä - oli kuitenkin pehmittänyt Pasifikan aivoja, ja hän sai kuningasajatuksen - mennään hei katsomaan ulos kun ne hyökkää! :D Ihan hyvä sinänsä, mutta mukana ollut trigger happy taru parka... Mutta kyllä se oli upeaa! XD Uljaan tarun viime hetket ikuistuivat kuviinkin, vaikka se lienee laiha lohtu. ^^;

Viimeisin Besieged oli hyvin tiukilla ja kenraaleista seisomaan jäi ainoastaan Mihli Aliapoh - WHM power! Välillä näytti hyvinkin synkältä, kun kenraalit kaatuivat yksi toisensa jälkee, ja samoin Pasifika - kerta toisensa jälkeen... -_- Pasifika kuoli varmaan kymmenen kertaa, enemmänkin... mutta onneksi aina oli myös raise saatavilla! Uskomattoman sinnikkäästi jaksoivat väsyneet puolustajat herättää myös pikku white magea henkiin. :D

Besiegedin ansiosta Pasifika nousikin tason, ja sai käyttöön ihanan Blessed hammerin, jonka hän oli aiemmin käynyt Phucrabiontin ja Nakagon avustuksella hankkimassa... Itse tehtävä ei kauaa ollut vienyt, mutta sen ihmettely sitäkin pidempään... siis miksi nämä tavnasialaiset (epä?)kuolleet ovat tänne tunkemassa, ja miksi niillä on passit mukanaan? o_O Oli kylläkin ihan jännän näköinen tyyppi, ja kas, sattuu taistelun lopputuloksesta olemaan kuvakin... Oppiipahan olemaan häiritsemästä väkeä tällä kauniilla ja ennen kaikkea romanttisella rannalla! >:O

Takaisin eventin parissa Pasifika katseli kuinka Mooglet silloin tällöin palkitsivat innokkaat munankeräilijät beastmen-asuilla. Toisaalla jotkut taas sonnustautuivat suloisiksi lapsiksi... Awww! Söpöjä taruja~! Ennen kuin Pasifika huomasikaan, hän oli ajautunut tarutaru Cutega:n AoE:lle ja pop! vaan muuttui itsekin pikku tarutytöksi. Whee~ :D Hauska olisi leikkiä, mutta ilmalaiva ei odota... ^^; Siispä /goodbye pikku tarut ja muut lapsukaiset! Matka jatkuu~!

Pasifikan uskollinen adventuring fellow Romidiantkin intoutui hoitamaan erästä tehtävää - vaikkakin eventtiin liittymätöntä - ja mystisen peilin arvoitus, tuota, muuttuu vain arvoituksellisemmaksi... ^^;

No, se on jonkun toisen ajan murhe, nyt pitää katsoa miltä Mog House näyttää uusien koristeittensa kanssa! Pasifikan kasvattamat pikku puut kantoivat vihdoin satoa, ja hyllyillä hehkuvat koristemunat hypnotisoivaa valoaan... *_*
