The Feast of swords event provided entertainment (and some frustration ^^;) for Pasifika for some time, but finally, with the help of her friends, she got the prized items and so effectively concluded the event on her part. In Sarutabaruta there were many eager participats and Pasifika even took part in bringing down the dreaded Omodaka armor, the {Impossible to gauge} Mithra...
Gustaberg was much more quiet, however, and it didn't seem like Pasifika could get anything done there. Phucrabiont came to help her, and then another friend popped up... and soon there was a full party - and some others - beating the living daylights out of the armors. o_O That was fun... :D
Ronfaure was nearly as deserted as Gustaberg, despite Phu's assurance that in San d'Oria things would be done right and thoroughly... x) With lots of help from a cute little Tarutaru Kunzite - and ok, a bit from Phu, too - Pasifika finally defeated the last of the four armors that can reasonably be beaten, and recieved her reward. :D But why did the Tarutaru armor have to be the most elusive one... ;_; Pasifika was left with very little Tarutaru Mochi, and a generous helping of Galka mochi. ;>_> Well, it could be useful to frighten some new arrivals or something... x)
Speaking of which, Pasifika and Phucrabiont amazed people at Port San d'oria with their unbelievably cute Mandragora costumes. :D But hey! Obviously Phu is a fully grown Mandragora while Pasifika is only a Tiny Mandragora... XD
At the end of this spectacular display of cuteness, Pasifika (wearing her Guide beret) teleported herself and the still-costumed Phucrabiont away, from under the nose of a curious Mithra that had come to admire the two Mandys. x)
After some more adventuring Pasifika took the boat to Whitegate and set out to do some work. At every mention of the word 'teleport' she was ready, and she got a handful of customers in a relatively short time. And to put to rest any rumours about Pasifika being unable to tell apart the different races: The one at the left is a Hume, next to go is a Tarutaru (cute little miniature RDM :D), then another Tarutaru, and last but not least, one {Linkshell} {leader}. x)
Well, that made enough gil for some carrot paste for little SnowyForest. After taking care of the chocobo, it's time to rest in the Mog House, watching all the shiny little decorations... especially the new timepiece, which actually has moving parts in it... *_*
I never expected to write this post

I've long believed that only a maniac or masochist would ever play FFXI for
fun.
I last played in August 2012 and that was after a year long break. I
